Our offer for you

Treat yourself to a break and recharge with yoga and relaxation.

The event will take place in our practice in Bad Segeberg.

The maximum group size is 7 participants, ensuring individual and personal instruction.

You organize your arrival/departure and overnight stays yourself.

You will find a recommended accommodation at the end of this page ( see below ).

The weekend retreat begins on Friday evening at 8 p.m. with a sound journey and ends on Sunday in the early afternoon.

As a special benefit, you will receive "14 days of online live yoga lessons and 14 days access to a yoga media library" free of charge as a gift after completing the retreat!

This way, you can continue practicing once you get home and bring yoga into your everyday life.

On request, we can also organize your own weekend and day event for up to 7 people.
